All collections ordered online must be retrieved within a 14-day period of the buyer being notified that the order is ready for collection.
Delivery
Delivery of goods shall be carried out by Holmsley Sawmill to a location mutually agreed upon at the time the order is placed.
All Goods, where feasible, will be dispatched within 7 to 10 working days of the order date, and the Buyer is expected to make the necessary arrangements to accept delivery when a delivery date is agreed by both parties.
All estimated timescales are approximate, however, Holmsley Sawmill will exert reasonable efforts to meet any delivery date specified.
Should Holmsley Sawmill be unable to deliver the Goods within the specified time-frame (7 to 10 or 14 to 21 working days), Holmsley Sawmill will inform the Buyer of this circumstance. The Buyer will then have the option to cancel the order for a full refund or to agree upon a revised delivery date.
Holmsley Sawmill cannot accept responsibility for any damages or shortages once the Goods are signed for by the Buyer - By signing for delivery, the Buyer acknowledges that the Goods are in satisfactory condition.
