Refund and Return Policy
Holmsley Sawmill provide a 30-day refund and return policy. If your purchase was made more than 30 days ago, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange.
In order to be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it and be unused. If applicable, the original packing must be present.
Certain product categories are non-refundable, such as products that have been cut or machined according to your specifications.
Beyond 14 days of delivery, there will be a 20% restocking fee for the first 30 days.
Proof of purchase is needed to complete your return.
Partial Refunds
Any item that is returned not in its original condition or with damaged/missing parts due to circumstances beyond our control, will not automatically be eligible for a refund.
At the discretion of Holmsley Sawmill, any item that is returned which is not in its original condition and with damaged/missing parts due to circumstances beyond our control may be subject to us issuing a partial refund. Returned items will be examined before your refund is approved or denied.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed within seven business days, and a credit will be automatically credited to your original payment method or credit card.
Late or missing refunds
If a refund is late or missing, please initially check your bank account or credit card statement. Please note there is often some processing time before a refund shows up in your bank account or on your credit card statement, depending on your bank/credit card provider.

Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that any items received are defective or damaged, please get in touch with us at info@homsleysawmill.co.uk, providing a photo of the defect/damage. We will then contact you to arrange a refund or an exchange for the same item.
Returning shipped orders
If you would like to return orders that have been shipped to a delivery address, please get in touch with us at info@homsleysawmill.co.uk.
Return shipping costs will apply to certain orders, depending on the reason for the return. If this is the case, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Timescales for collection may vary depending on location.
